This EULA accompanies each SyntaxMarket product and supplements the Terms of Service. Specific products may include additional terms shown at purchase. By downloading, installing, or using a product, you agree to this agreement.
Grant of license
Subject to payment and compliance, SyntaxMarket grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software in accordance with the purchased license type and activation limits.
"Lifetime" licenses
A lifetime license is valid for the supported lifetime of the software product — not the lifetime of the purchaser. It remains valid for as long as the product is offered and maintained. If a product is discontinued, the license covers the final released version, but continued updates, support, and online services are not guaranteed beyond that point.
Restrictions
- No reverse engineering except where permitted by law.
- No removal of copyright, license, or attribution notices.
- No sharing, reselling, or redistributing licenses or keys.
- No use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Third-party software, games, and accounts
Some products interact with third-party software, games, platforms, or online services. Those third parties set and enforce their own rules. You use our products with third-party services entirely at your own risk: we are not responsible for any suspension, restriction, or ban of a third-party account, game profile, or service that results from your use of a product, and no such action entitles you to a refund.
Security data for paid products
Paid products include license-enforcement and anti-abuse protection. By downloading and using a paid product you consent to the collection and storage of certain hardware identifiers from the device the product runs on (for example a hardware ID / HWID and comparable machine-fingerprint values), together with your account username and email address, for license validation, fraud prevention, and our ban system. This data is collected for paid products only — free products do not collect hardware data. See the Privacy Policy for how this data is stored and handled.
Updates
Updates provided during your entitlement period are covered by this same agreement unless accompanied by new terms. Update availability follows the product's supported lifetime as described above.
Termination
Licenses may be revoked for breach of this agreement or the Terms of Service — including license sharing, tampering with license enforcement, or payment reversal. Revoked licenses stop working immediately and are not refunded.
