These terms govern your use of SyntaxMarket and the software you license through it. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
Licenses
Software is licensed, not sold. Each product page describes the license type (lifetime, subscription, trial, or beta), activation limits, and update entitlements. A "lifetime" license covers the supported lifetime of the software, as defined in the License Agreement. All purchases are final (see the Refund Policy). Licenses may be revoked for breach of these terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not redistribute, resell, or share licensed software or keys.
- Do not attempt to circumvent licensing, download, or security controls.
- Do not abuse the platform's APIs, downloads, or infrastructure.
Liability
Software is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, games, or services — including account suspensions or bans — arising from your use of our software (see the License Agreement).
