I can't download a file
Confirm you own an active license or subscription for that product, and that the release is published. Beta builds require beta access.
My license stopped working
Check its status under Dashboard → Licenses. If it shows revoked or suspended, contact support.
I lost my authenticator
Use a backup code to sign in, then re-enroll 2FA. If you're locked out, open a support ticket.
